30 day no-hassle return for products ordered from our web store. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product you receive, notify us within 30 days of receipt of it and we will give you a full refund after the product is returned in good condition. Products must be returned to us within 30 days of your notification to us. We will always replace defective product at no cost to you. We cannot be responsible for what you order and therefore cannot be expected to pay for return shipping on items ordered incorrectly by you. Notification can be made by sending an email to customerservice@old.filesupplies.com. Be sure to include your order number. If the return is because we made a mistake on your order, we will issue a pickup order to a carrier for your items.
