That's right! All items ordered from our web store are delivered free via domestic ground carrier to the 48 contiguous United States.
Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will incur additional shipping charges, but only the additional amount more than ground shipping to California. Shipping costs to these locations will be reduced for total shipping weights of more than 150 lbs. Usually this happens at about 10 boxes or more. You will be notified if your order is elegible.

We will do our best to ship all orders, especially Next Day and 2nd Day shipping requests on the day we receive the order. Orders placed no later than 1pm Eastern Time stand a good chance of going out the same day. Items out of stock are usually replenished within a few days. RETURNS:
30 day no-hassle return for products ordered from our web store. If you are dissatisfied with the product you receive, notify us within 30 days of receipt of it and we will give you a full refund after the product is returned in good condition. Products must be returned to us within 30 days of your notification to us. We will always replace defective product at no cost to you. We cannot be responsible for what you order and therefore cannot be expected to pay for return shipping on items ordered incorrectly by you.Notification can be made by sending an email to customerservice@filesupplies.com.
